We are looking to move away from individual pay for performance (activity baaed bonuses, and move towards team based (results) goals. Part of this initiative will be an attempt to create levels (junior, senior, etc) within each of these positions. A move from a junior to senior dispatcher, for example, will raise the salary range to which the employee is eligible. I am hoping he group may have some experience structuring the roles and comp structure, as well as communicating to the team.
