So I am a newcomer to the headphone industry. I never tried the previous versions, so this is new to me. I recently got a job where i can't talk on a cell phone or receive calls. So I needed a device that would not prevent me from receiving calls from my husband who is a truck driver and from my son's school. They works perfectly. The sound quality is great. I have used them to listen to music and it is nice and clear. And I have also used it to make phone calls. Both sounded great and when I asked the person receiving the call how good it was that the microphone on the earbuds, he said the call quality was so good that he didn't even realize it was coming from an earbud. The product is carefully packaged and is not noticeable. I like that I can put them in a small tin and keep them in my pocket or purse to take with me wherever I go. 11 hours of battery life is perfect for 9 hours of work. I'm also thinking of getting one for my husband when he's driving because the surround sound control feature allows him to mute outside sounds with the touch of a button while keeping his music and conversations clear. They fit my standard earrings, but if that doesn't work for you, there are two other sizes available. I bought the cloud blue and they are really a bright blue with an iridescent sheen.
