International Honors Student Event: Cooking Demonstration of Midwestern Classic Dishes
Day: Thursday, November 7
Time: 6:00-7:30pm (please arrive by 5:50pm)
Location: CoRec Demonstration Kitchen

Want to learn how to cook the types of dishes common in this part of the US? This class will provide local, budget-friendly recipes and will also discuss tips for saving money when you cook and shop for groceries. Learn how to make Thyme and Dijon Crusted Pork Tenderloin, Cornmeal Mash, Sauteed Zucchini, and Zucchini Walnut Bread. There will be LOTS of opportunities to sample the food as well!

This class is free, but registration is limited to the first 15 people. Sign up here by November 4th to reserve your place.
