Refund/Cancellation Policy:
50% refund of the advance amount if cancellation is at least 15 days before the departure date
30% Refund of the advance amount if cancellation is at least 10 days before the departure date
0% Refund if cancellation is less than 10 days before the departure date

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
• Every member must keep his/her original CNIC.
• Paktouring is not responsible for any personal injuries and accidents.
• Member must behave ethically towards his/her fellow group members.
• Drugs and weapons are strictly not allowed.
• No refunds shall be made in case a member leaves the group at any stage of the trip.
• In case of theft, loss or damage to personal belongings during the trip, organizers will not be held responsible in any case.
• On trips like these weather, local politics, transport or a multitude of other factors beyond the control of organizers can result in a change of itinerary. It is, however, very unlikely that the itinerary would be substantially altered; if alterations are necessary team Leaders will decide what is the best alternative, taking into consideration the interests of the whole group.
- Though we chose our suppliers very carefully and make sure that they deliver their best for our clients, Paktouring will not be held responsible for any problem or issue created solely by any third-party/supplier/vendor without the involvement/consent/permission of Paktouring.
- Paktouring reserves the right to cancel the trip anytime before/during the trip. In case of cancellation, Paktouring has to refund 100% amount (when the trip is canceled before the departure date) or all the money except costs-without taking any profit- of the trip (when cancellation happens during the trip)
- I understand that the adventure/outdoor activities carry a potential risk of personal injury. I further undertake that neither I nor my heirs or legal representatives shall demand any compensation from Pakistan Touring Club for any reason.
