The Los Angeles Department of Cannabis Regulation (DCR) encourages licensed cannabis businesses to hire local, transitional, and equity workers. Please fill out this form and we will contact you with more information. DCR will provide small group and individual coaching sessions to employers wishing to learn more about successful hiring and retention practices and how to fulfill the good faith hiring requirements.
