No. If you have received a voucher through the council’s scheme during previous holidays you do not need to reapply, your voucher will be sent to you automatically

Applications to the scheme will be open to families that have not previously applied from midday 27 February until midday 12 March. Please apply via the link at the top of the page. 


Gloucestershire County Council are committed to supporting families with 1 week of vouchers (£15) for the Easter holiday and 1 week (£15) for the May half-term, a total of £30 per eligible child. 

You will receive an email from the following email address: selectcode@select-your-reward.co.uk. This is not spam but may come through into your junk/spam folder, so please check this regularly. If you are unable to find them, we suggest trying the following before contacting us:

Once you have clicked on the link within the e-mail and selected the supermarket you would like to shop at, the e-voucher should come through within one hour of redemption. If for any reason your voucher does not come through after having selected your supermarket, please contact Select Code on the following number: 0344 693 9901 or here: https://www.select-your-reward.co.uk/ContactUs

The vouchers will be sent to the email address you have provided. If you have received vouchers previously and your email address has changed since then, please e-mail the following address: Childrensfund@gloucestershire.gov.uk providing details of:

  • Email you used registered to the holiday voucher scheme
  • New email address
  • Your full name
  • Your National Insurance Number (this can be found on a payslip, P60, letters about your tax/pension/benefits or in the HMRC app)
  • Address
  • Phone number
  • Eligible children(s) name
  • Date of birth
  • School they attend
  • What school year they are in.

You should receive your voucher email by the 18 March 2024.

 
If you have searched your junk mailbox for an email from selectcode@select-your-reward.co.uk and have not received your voucher by 12pm on the 20 March 2024, please email the Children's Fund inbox and provide:

  • Your name:
  • Your National Insurance Number (this can be found on a payslip, P60, letters about your tax/pension/benefits or in the HMRC app)
  • Email address you receive vouchers to:
  • Has this email address changed since you applied for vouchers: Yes/No
  • If you are enquiring about missing vouchers, have you searched your spam/junk: Yes/No
  • Postal/Home Address:
  • Phone number:
  • Children’s name(s):
  • Date of Birth(s):
  • School:

Families who have signed up to the scheme or who are already registered will be supported with food costs with vouchers for a value of £15 per eligible child per qualifying week, during the school holidays. Vouchers for both Easter and May holiday periods are being distributed week commencing 18 March 2024. Families who have signed up will receive a total of £30 per eligible child, comprising of;1 week (£15) for Easter 2024 and 1 week (£15) for May 2024 half-term.

The following supermarkets are part of this voucher scheme:

  • Sainsbury's
  • Morrison's
  • Asda
  • Tesco
  • Aldi
    The vouchers can also be used online at asda.com if you are unable to access a supermarket.

If you have not registered previously, please sign-up during application periods by using the application form link available on this page. Please ensure you apply within the necessary timescales, otherwise you may not receive your FSM holiday voucher.
