Ring in the New Year at The Comedy Works Bristol located inside Georgine’s Restaurant, 1320 Newport Rd, Bristol, Pa. with an a fun-filled night of great food, big laughs and dancing to celebrate a long awaited New Year’s Eve party.
For people who have been waiting to get out and celebrate the New Year, after missing a chance to celebrate last year, we have a “Late Night Party” from 8:30 PM until 2 AM. It features a 4 1/2 hour open bar-(mixed drinks & draft beer), deluxe premium buffet with Prime Rib, Shrimp with Seafood Newburg, Chicken Parmesan, a dessert bar and continental breakfast. It will also include a Champagne toast, Party Favors and dancing following the comedy show. The “Late Night Party” package is $120 per person.
The comedy show will spotlight Steve Marshall, Laura High and Philadelphia favorite, Gary Sharp Jr. who will open the show and keep the energy alive.
Steve Marshall who is a NYC based stand-up comedian is rated “H” for Honesty, and lives by a code, “Don’t Behave-Bad behavior makes for good Comedy!”
He is a national headliner who has performed at the legendary Dangerfield’s Comedy Club, Greenwich Village Comedy Club, Comic Strip Live and Stand UP NY to name a few. He’s a veteran of the NYC Stage and a great act to watch.
Steve has been featured on CBS News and CNBC. He’s also been the warm-up act for the show “The View,” re-wrote the film “Driving Me Crazy” (starring Mickey Rooney), and was on the NBC show “Dare to Dream”.
Laura High is a New York actor and comedian who has headlined Caroline’s on Broadway and has also performed stand-up comedy at the Broadway Comedy Club and Bananas. She has been featured on the “New York Comedy Festival”, “360 Stand Up Festival” and has gone viral several times on TikTok.
Gary Sharp Jr. is the Host/MC for the night and is a Comedian based in the Philadelphia area. Originally from New Jersey, Gary started out doing Comedy Open Mics in Philadelphia and made his way to New York and has appeared at the Broadway Comedy Club.
He now performs regularly at the Helium and Punchline in Philadelphia.
