Snoop Dogg has spoken—and when the Doggfather talks, the rap world listens.
In a new interview, Snoop made it crystal clear that Eminem is still a lyrical beast, despite keeping a low profile in recent years. The hip-hop icon laughed off the idea of up-and-coming rappers trying to challenge Em, warning them with a dose of hip-hop history.
“I really laugh when I see young rappers saying they can smoke Eminem,” Snoop said.
“Eminem might be laying low right now but the truth is he’s still the Rap God. He’s just in a shell, waiting to be popped open.”
And the warning didn’t stop there.
Snoop reminded the world about the brutal end of MGK’s rap career, thanks to Eminem’s now-legendary diss track “Killshot.”
“Before you think of dissing Eminem, remember what he did to MGK. He gave MGK a career… and ended it.”
Snoop knows the game. And he’s not alone in calling Eminem the final boss of rap battles. With wordplay sharper than ever and storytelling that rivals any pen in the industry, Slim Shady doesn’t need to flex—his silence is the real threat.
So to all those thinking they can take a swing at the Rap God:
Be careful what you wish for. You might just get “Killshotted.”
