This will then help you learn to let go of emotional thoughts that might be causing turmoil and stress in your daily life.
Wednesdays, July 7 - August 4, 10:00-11:30am

Mindfulness is the ability to be fully present, and aware of where we are and what we’re doing. It is a state that everyone can achieve, and in this learning circle we will practice how to access it. When we’re mindful, we reduce stress, and gain insight and awareness through observing our own mind.

A learning circle is a free study group for people who want to learn new things with others. This learning circle will meet for 90 minutes once a week for 5 weeks via Zoom with just 12 participants. The active participation of all members is vital to the process of exploring various resources and learning together.
