Was ist Staatenlosigkeit? Was sind die Gründe für Staatenlosigkeit? Wie viele Menschen sind davon betroffen?

Staatenlosigkeit vs. Nationalität: Die Entstehung von Nationalstaaten und Nationalität als rechtliche Bindung und/oder Identität

Die Auswirkungen von Staatenlosigkeit: Was sind die rechtlichen, sozialen und emotionalen Herausforderungen?

The workshop proposes a collective reflection on the meaning of nationality from the perspective of statelessness. We’ll talk about and discuss:

What is statelessness? What are the reasons for statelessness? How many people are affected?

Statelessness vs. nationality: The rise of nation-states and nationality as a legal bond and/or identity

The impact of statelessness: What are the legal, social and emotional challenges?
