Scratch is a program developed by MIT using code blocks instead of written code like most
programming languages. Scratch is also meant to be used as a platform for creating games of all kinds. In this workshop, the children will learn to use various features in scratch such as touch sensors, control objects, and event blocks. In each and every session, along with learning something in scratch, the students will be presented with a project walk-through where they will be able to discover many aspects and tools of scratch. All you really need for this course is a computer and the willingness to learn a new skill. Be ready to begin your journey into a world of gaming code. Join us for the hands-on learning workshop.
