Lorrie Patrice Fortson

Lorrie Patrice Fortson, 55, died July 30, 2023.

A native of Athens, GA, she was a daughter of Pat Fortson and the late Ann Phillips Carr. She was also preceded in death by her daughter, Alana Barnes and brother, Phil Fortson.

The family will receive friends Sunday, August 6, 2023 from 3PM until 4PM at Lord and Stephens Funeral Home, EAST. A private burial service will be held at a later date.

Survivors in addition to her father include her stepmother, Mary Ann Fortson; two sons, Dustin (Rahne) Barnes and Patrick Johnsa; six grandchildren; three brothers, Lee (Michelle) Fortson, Jackie Patton, and Marvin (Dawn) Howard, Jr.; sister, Lynne Kirk; several cousins, aunts, uncles and many friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a charity of your choice.

Lord and Stephens Funeral Home, EAST, is in charge of arrangements.
