Lauren Feaster is the CEO of Professional Dimensions, a leading women’s professional association in the Milwaukee area that works to unite, advance and develop women leaders in relentless pursuit of better. This mission is accomplished through understanding and uplifting the many dimensions and intersectionality of a woman’s identity. As a multidimensional leader, former UW-Madison percussionist and long-time music enthusiast, Lauren appreciates the power of music to unite people across lines of difference. DJing under the alias “DJ LoLo”, Lauren derives inspiration by finding ways to merge her personal passion for music with her mission to create inclusive environments that foster equitable change.

From Jazz in dad's basement, church praise & worship teams, percussion ensembles and marching on the UW-Drumline, to Lauryn Hill's Miseducation Tour, Spanish discotecas, basement studios, and lounges and clubs across America, Lauren "DJ LoLo" Feaster has found inspiration in the power of music.
Lolo began mixing music for friends in 2013, simply excited by the opportunity to play what people wanted to hear, and from there branched out as invited and requested. From women empowerment events, grand openings, family reunions, bars, clubs, school dances/events, and weddings, to house parties, concerts, fundraisers, university events and retirement parties, Lolo has done it all. Her versatility, traditional music training as a percussionist, broad music interest, and authentic love for seeing people happy makes her a commodity in the DJ world.
Lauren lives out her passion for cultivating joy and advancing equity as the CEO of Professional Dimensions where she leads to ensure women, especially women of color, are embraced, elevated and compensated for every “professional dimension” they lead with and every area they add value.

In August 2020 Lauren was appointed CEO of Professional Dimensions, a leading women’s professional association in the Milwaukee area whose mission is to unite women leaders in the relentless pursuit of better. Prior to joining Professional Dimensions, Lauren served in various executive capacities within the NPO education realm with both City Year Milwaukee and Teach For America Milwaukee. During her tenure, she has led community partnerships, fundraising, staff management/coaching, training, program evaluation, strategic planning and business operations. As an advocate for leadership, education and collective impact, Lauren remains engaged in community through her service on City Year’s Regional Board, the Howard Fuller Collegiate Academy Board, 88Nine Radio Milwaukee Board, HYFIN Advisory Committee and as co-chair of the K12 Civic Response Team via Greater Milwaukee Foundation. Additionally, she works to advance equity and inspire leadership as a member of Milwaukee Urban League YP, Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. and as a Character Coach with Alverno’s LACCS Program.
Lauren’s commitment to Professional Dimensions is rooted in her desire to ensure women, especially women of color, are embraced, elevated and compensated for every “professional dimension” they lead with and every area they add value. We will win when every woman in the PD network can realize and actualize their full power. We will know we've been successful when every member in our network can consciously contribute to the PD microcosm that both proves what is possible when women unite (from a sense of innovation, inclusion, joy, revenue, etc.) and reclaims community in ways that we’ve never fathomed.
