The purpose of this questionnaire is to get input from parents and other stakeholders of the Disney Magnet School on what kind of programs the Parents Advisory Council should be sponsoring using the federally mandated Title I funding.   We have limited funds, and we would like to take into account the needs and wishes of our parents.

In each category, pick no more than 3 options that you would like to see.  

Some of these programs will happen at our general meetings (typically held at 7:45 am on Friday mornings before the CAC show)  Others may happen after school or after hours.
