All those accepted into a position will be given full training on their role through our mentor ship program.
Keibi - Honorable guardians. These individuals are those tasked with keeping the establishment, and those within it safe from harm while enforcing the 'laws' of the establishment and Hingashi that are embraced by Desiderium. While they are expected to be vigilant and put their duties first and foremost, they are freely allowed to mingle, indulge, and enjoy desiderium as anyone else would. If your looking for a security position, and learn more about how the far east trains it's guardians and Sekisegumi. This would be the role to chose, and no just standing around and looking intimidating either!
Geisha/Taikomochi - Entertainers, Hosts, and Companions. These individuals are the social face of the establishment, and who offer their company, talents, and skills to our patrons during their visits. If you want to meet a wide variety of people, showcase your talents and skills, while building your relations with others this may be a good fit! Being able to thrive in a social setting is a must, and training is offered to those without existing experience. (Please note: Desiderium does not offer sexual services, and focuses only on the social side of companionship.)
Seishain - These individuals, with their varied talents, interests, and skills work more for the company as a whole, rather then for the establishment proper. Individuals such as medical personnel, engineers, bookkeepers, and other business minded or general staff make up the bulk of this position.
Nawashi - When it comes to the lifestyle of BDSM these individuals serve as guides to aid the new, the curious, and the learning through all of what it has to offer them. They are instructors, experienced practitioners, and safe individuals to learn alongside for our patrons who seek to grow in their own knowledge and experience. To these individuals, maintaining safety, promoting education of proper practices, and minimizing risk to those involved are their core focus.
Ward - Not all who wander are lost. This role is for individuals who seek a place to belong, a home, a family, a place to finally find rest and peace. While they may not have very many skills, talents, or knowledge to offer the company. They are no less welcomed and given training and education to help them find their place and calling. However, wards are no less expected to earn their keep and contribute to helping the company thrive and flourish. They will be tasked with aiding other branches of staff through minor duties, and will be trained in the branches that spark their curiosity. Those who do not pull their weight, will find themselves placed right back onto the streets they came from, and this position is accepted only on a case by case basis.
