The owner understands that grooming can be stressful to the pet and may lead to any known or unknown pre-existing conditions that the pet may have. In this case, I authorize Dogs and the City and its staff not be held liable for any injuries or death that may arise from this conditions. If any medical problems develop while my pet is in the care of Dogs and the City, I authorize the staff of Dogs and the City to do whatever they deem necessary for the safety, health, and well being of my pet. Further, I agree to assume full financial responsibility for any and all expenses incurred.
