Colonial High School Course Selection
PLEASE NOTE - THE FORM IS OPEN FOR NEW STUDENTS ENROLLING DURING THE SUMMER (2024).

This form will guide your school counselor in the creation of your schedule for the next school year. Please fill it out completely and thoughtfully. Above all else, please note that this form designates your course and program requests. Final course placement will be determined by your school counselor, administration, and your teachers and is also based on your post-secondary goals, current academic performance, GPA, test scores, and graduation needs.

Please reference the Colonial High School Curriculum Guide if you have questions or need to see what a particular program or course is all about.

You will make multiple selections using this form:
  1. Practical/Fine Art (to meet graduation requirements)
  2. Electives
  3. Advanced Studies Coursework (if interested)
You will have an opportunity to meet one on one with your school counselor to review your selections and finalize your requests for the 2024-2025 school year. This form will close on January 18th at 10:30 am.
