Instructions  
1.  Before starting this online form, you may want to acquaint yourself with some of the information needed by reviewing a Sample Course Proposal Form at:  https://tinyurl.com/cfsProposalSample

2.  Once you begin this form, you must complete your work and submit the proposal, otherwise your work will be lost. If you wish to edit an entry on a previous page, use the “Back” button at the bottom of the page. Do not use your browser back arrow as your work will be lost.

3.  For your files, a copy of your completed course proposal will be sent back to you to confirm your submission. Within a month after the course proposal deadline, the Curriculum Committee to which your proposal is assigned with review your course proposal and make a recommendation to the CFS Program Manager for the upcoming College for Seniors terms.
