Greetings,

Do you think our communities need more open spaces? Do you agree that our youth need more access to parks?   If you answered 'yes' to either of those questions then you've come to the right place to do something about it!

Ready to Help is a Mutual Aid Community Organization identifies problems and creates solutions in the Los Angeles area. We empower, educate and engage people on issues that affect our communities with the aim of building a more equitable society.

The current problem we are looking to solve is the inadequate amount of parks for our community to play in. Easy access to parks should not be something only available to the affluent.

Our solution? Open up school playgrounds on the weekend as community parks! These are spaces that already belong to the community yet they're closed on days children need them most.

As make the push to get these parks opened, we need your help in getting our demands met. Join us in our fight to get school playgrounds opened up on the weekend!
