1) To register, please take time to fill in the form below.

2) After you've done that, please make your payment of $25 via :

b) Bank Transfer to OCBC (LPM Al-Khair): 581-6766-40001 *
or
c)Al-Khair Mosque Reception Counter @ Level 1

3) Once you've made the payment, please WHATSAPP the following details to this number > 9627 8146 :
i) Screenshot proof of payment
ii) Your full name (or the name of the person you are paying for)

4) You will then receive a CONFIRMATION TEXT notifying you that your registration is successful! :)

5) ONLY THOSE WHO HAVE MADE THEIR PAYMENT WILL HAVE THEIR SLOT SECURED.
