This form is MANDATORY to request a QUOTE for a new computer.

**PLEASE NOTE RE; TIMELINES, DEADLINES**

Computers take a while to process & complete. Calm purchases all our computers from Dell, each one custom-built and configured to our clients specific needs.

As such, we need as much advance notice as possible, ideally 1-2 weeks.
We will always make every effort to accommodate your request as expeditiously as possible.

Once the quote is approved, Calm Computing will make every effort to ensure the computer is delivered on or before your deadline.

Please note Calm Computing, Inc. may be subject to shipping delays based on availability of products and widespread supply chain issues.
