The purpose of four day Regional Technical Workshop on Fisheries Subsidies is to provide a detailed understanding of the WTO Agreement on Fisheries Subsidies and to allow an exchange among participating Members on the two work streams: i) entry into force and implementation; and ii) second wave negotiations.
