Suspect To Be Charged For Murder of 4-Year-Old Amarah Lallitte; Autopsy Reveals Chilling Details12/4/2024
The suspect who was held for the brutal beheading of 4-year-old Amarah Lallitte on Monday (8th April, 2024) will be charged for her murder, as per instructions from the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP). 39-year-old Inshan Constant was arrested on Monday following Amarah’s murder and has remained in Police custody since. He is expected to appear in Court on Monday (15th April, 2024).
Amarah’s decapitated body was found after 9:00 PM by her mother after she returned to her home with Police Officers after filing a report at the Arouca Police Station for a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival at the home, Lallitte’s corpse was found in a bedroom, while her head had been decapitated and stashed in a blue barrel at the back of the house, located at Fifth Street, Five Rivers, Arouca.
An autopsy subsequently revealed that Amarah died of blunt force trauma to the head and decapitation. Her face allegedly bore multiple stab wounds, her lips were cut open and one of the little girl’s eye was reportedly missing. More on this as it becomes available.
