Normalisation of insecticide resistance values

The colouring of percent mortality values has been inspired by the WHO test
procedures of Insecticide resistance.

| LC50, LC90, LC95, LT50, LT90, LT95 etc |
Lethal concentration and lethal time values have very skewed distributions. These
are log-transformed and the top and bottom 2% values are discarded before colour
scale assignment between the minimum and maximum.
