1) This online registration IS NOT a confirmed seat.

2) You are required to fill up and give ACCURATE and COMPLETE information in ALL FIELDS provided.

3) The registration is based on a first-come, first-served basis based on timestamp (date & time) recorded in the system.

4) For registration assistance, please call Ustaz Ahmad Hanafi @ 62845459 between 9am to 6pm on weekdays and 9am to 1pm on weekends.

5) Both successful/unsuccessful application(s) will be notified by EMAIL and followed by letter to your registered mailing address.
