Overview: Anderson First Church of the Nazarene would travel from Anderson, Indiana to Harvest Community Nazarene Church in Mitchell, South Dakota and construct a 100’ x 50’ Community Pavilion/Shelter House, have 2 Backyard events for kids, and celebrate the opening with a Sunday Blowout Celebration. This church is where our beloved friends Perry & Crysti Luna have relocated to.

Dates:
• July 5-13, 2022

Project description:
• AFC will construct a large 100’ x 50’ pavilion at Harvest Community Church
• Harvest Community will have corner posts set and concrete poured prior to arrival
• AFC will construct picnic tables to seat 200 for the area
• AFC will provide grills for area
• AFC will provide charcoal container and charcoal for area
• AFC Youth will do a 2-day Backyard Club events
• AFC will canvas neighborhood with HCC
• Lunch and breakfast will be provided by HCC with some of our ladies assisting with preparation if need
• Participants: 52 adults, 11youth, 8 kids



Schedule:
• July 5: Travel day/Campers will go on their own and arrive by Wednesday at 5pm.
• July 6: Travel day; Meet & Greet Dinner at 5pm.
• July 7-9: Mission project construction
• July 10: Worship at Harvest Community, followed by Celebration Sunday Community Grill Out (we will leave after service and drive to excursion destination)
• July 11: Excursion day at Mt. Rushmore
• July 12: Travel day
• July 13: Travel day

Prices:
• Youth staying in Youth Cabin (15 spots available): $475
• Families with campers with 30amp service (7 spots available): $400 site plus $50 per person
• Families with campers with 50amp service (3 spots available): $500 site plus $50 per person
• Cabin at campground: (2 cabins available): $600pp/$1200 per couple/family (each person over couple price additional $50)
• Hotel accommodations (5+ rooms available): $650pp/$1300 per couple/family (each person over couple price additional $50)

Payment:
• Hold your spot: $20 per person by January 9, 2022 (non-refundable)
• First payment: due by February 6, 2022
• Second payment: due by April 3, 2022
• Final payment: due by May 1, 2022
