About Our Speaker: 

Taryn Calli Jalomo

Taryn has nearly 20 years of progressive experience in providing reliable tax and consulting services to small and medium-sized businesses as well as individuals. As a Certified Quickbooks Proadvisor, she takes a Profit First approach to helping companies manage their cash flow and train their staff. Taryn has served as Controller and Finance Manager in multiple industries as well as Management roles in local CPA firms. Over the years, she has served in leadership roles with several national organizations. Currently serving as Formation Chair for a Colleyville area future league of the American Business Women’s Association and also as Finance Chair for the Dallas Area Council of ABWA. Her industry experience includes Sales Tax audit defense, Recovery Audit and overseeing the financial records of a wide range of businesses and non-profits. You’ll find that she turns tax code into words that makes sense and prides herself on being able to help her friends (because by the time you leave your first meeting with her, you’ll feel like old friends!) to understand the “why” behind the advice she readily shares. Taryn and her family, which include four children and four grandchildren, live in North Richland Hills and enjoy traveling and family time.
