NABFEME/Women Who Jam Vendor Agreement

1. Vendor agreement must be completed and paid by July 21, 2022
2. Vendor agrees to pay a non-refundable fee of $50 for space allocated (no personal checks)
3. Vendor agrees to adhere to all city, county, state, and federal regulations
4. Vendor is prohibited from selling alcoholic beverages
5. Vendor is responsible for leaving the space allocated in the same condition in which it was found
6. Vendor agrees to conduct themselves in a professional & tasteful manner at all times

NABFEME (National Association of Black Female Executives in Music & Entertainment) Women Who Jam! or their officers, members, or affiliates will not be held responsible for any liability, lost or stolen goods, or damaged merchandise or any injury incurred during or while participating in the Women Who Jam Showcase held at Taylor's of Houston.

No part of this agreement may be changed in any way or altered without the written, signed permission of NABFEME. Clicking "Submit" means you have read, understand, and will abide by the guidelines stated in this agreement.
