Hello Springfield School District families,
As we have closed out the first quarter, the district needs families to decide which instructional model they will commit to for each student in their household. While previous surveys have asked for you to indicate a preference. This one asks you to commit to a choice of three paths: remote-only learning, two in-person/three remote days, or four in-person/1 remote days (only a possibility K-5). While the trends with the virus and a district preference for in-person instruction will influence decision-making, this choice would otherwise be locked in for the foreseeable future. We are targeting January as the potential switching period. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE CAN NOT GUARANTEE YOUR FIRST CHOICE.

Please submit a separate response for each student in your household by 11:59 PM on Sunday, November 29th.
