We have currently stopped accepting nomination forms. This form is already closed and we will not be accepting nominations from this day onwards for the free offering of the Work Environment Measurement Training Workshop.

We are currently screening all of the interested pax who were able to submit their nomination form here.
Please be reminded that this is a free training with limited slots (50 slots only).

Please be guided by the following screening and prioritization criteria:

A. Minimum Requirements (Pre-requisite)
1. BOSH or COSH (40 hours)
2. Currently employed in the Philippines
3. Position in the company and duties and responsibilities (certified by HR)
(a) OSH personnel (Safety Officer, Industrial Hygienist, OH Nurse or Physician)
(b) WEM provider
(c) OSH Practitioner/Consultant – resource person in IH (show proof of affiliation to any
STO)
4. Online training technical requirements. Applicants are required to have the following:
•A laptop or a desktop with an internal/external webcam and microphone. Mobile devices such
as phones or tablets are not allowed.
•Must have an installed spreadsheet and presentation viewing and editing program such as MS
Excel, MS PowerPoint, Numbers, Keynote, etc.
•A stable internet connection is recommended (such as Fiber Wi-Fi) and a minimum connection
of LTE for mobile broadband users.
•For prepaid cellular mobile data users, required to have at least an 8GB data allowance/promo
per day for those with data allocation limits (prepaid cellular/mobile data).

B. Number of participants
1. Maximum no. of target participants – 50
2. Allotted no. of participant per company - 1

C. Prioritization Criteria/Scheme
1. Participants with NO IH-related training/s (WEM & Industrial Ventilation)
2. Participants from companies with NO IH program in place
3. Participants from establishments/companies – medium to high-risk workplaces,
operations/processes.

We would like to reiterate the following:

If the nomination request has been denied, it will indicate either of the following reasons:

1. Full slots
2. Minimum technological requirements were not met
3. More than 1 participant per company registered
4. Unemployed registrant
5. Invalid submitted required documents
6. Registrant is over qualified
7. Company is not classified as medium or high-risk workplace.
