VOLUNTEERS are needed at ***9:30 AM*** to act as parking guides in order to safeguard the property and help ensure the safety of those arriving by car. This duty will require the volunteer to be highly mobile and be able to traverse the property over a short time frame.

VOLUNTEERS should come prepared by dressing appropriately for the weather (rain or shine), and by bringing water and an umbrella (if you're into that kind of thing.)

VOLUNTEERS are, of course, welcome to attend the service which will begin promptly at 11:00 AM.

VOLUNTEERS are asked to check back here on Nov 9 for more precise instructions, but all should PLAN to:
1.) RALLY at 9:30 AM in the South-West corner of the property near the golf green, and
2.) PARK as far away from the chapel as possible.
