Creating Genealogy Timelines

with Lavinia Schwarz

Timelines are a terrific tool for family research. A personal timeline keeps chronological track of the data we find while placing our ancestor in historical and social context. Come learn some simple tools that put flesh on your ancestral bones. You’ll gain perspective and witness the personal pushes and pulls of your family’s history as you chart their migrations and life choices.

This class is limited to 40 participants and is one of the free benefits for CGS members. Non-members fee is $20.00 (non-refundable) and can be applied towards a CGS membership the day of the class.

 Pre-registration is required.

Registration confirmations will be sent to the first 40 participants who register. Additional names will be collected and placed on a waiting list in case of cancellations.

Walk-ins will not be admitted.

This class is full.  If you are interested in being placed on the waiting list send email to the Events Committee
