Each week, we will post the workouts to be completed. Search #UPMCAnesPeloton to find the Workouts posted on our social media channels. Complete the workouts as posted with as many from our group as possible or complete at your own pace by the Sunday of the Challenge Week. Each minute of the workout earns 1 point; personal records and doing the workouts at the posted times will earn additional points! Inviting a friend to participate will earn additional points!
The Challenge Weeks run Monday through Sunday. By Tuesday after the Challenge Week, you are responsible for submitting your rides to be considered for prizes!
