This is to be completed by the member to request Assignment to the ship/station of their preference. **Please ensure you have spoken to the CO or XO of the preferred ship/station *before* completing this form.** Note: We cannot guarantee that you will be assigned to the ship of your choice, but every effort will be made to get your first choice. There is also a ship/station RP sign in the Superintendent's office & you can check the UFS events calendar and request to attend ship RPs as observer or participant as well.
