Guardians,

We are delighted you have decided to join us for Vacation Bible School July 14th - 16th!  Our theme this year is "Soul Wars:  The Spirit Awakens" which is sure to be a crowd favorite!  Your child can expect to play games, participate in activities, create crafts, earn prizes, meet our Soul Wars characters up close and personal, and so much more!  A small meal or snack will be provided each day.  Please fill out the form below for EACH child you are responsible for who will be attending.  Be sure to provide as much requested information as possible so that we can assure your child has the best possible Vacation Bible School experience at Lighthouse Church of Zachary.  

Also, please be aware that your child is not registered until you hit the "submit" button at the end of this form.  While we won't turn away any unregistered children, registering early will help us to better prepare.  As you complete this form you will navigate through a few brief sections and be given the opportunity to register multiple children if needed.  Once you hit the "submit" button at then end you will see a confirmation message as well as receive a confirmation email with additional information.      

As always, guardians are more than welcome to stay and enjoy the experience as well.  While there is no age limit to joining in the fun, we do ask that children under the age of 3 be accompanied by a guardian.
