Please fill out this form if you intend to call into the virtual Board of Education Special Meeting to make public comment.
Public comment will be limited to three minutes.

1. Please do not mute your phone as you will be muted upon entry by a TCAPS facilitator.
2. You will be identified by name and last two (2) digits of your phone number when it's your turn to make public comment. At that time, please unmute your phone by entering *6 on your phone's keypad.
3. At the end of the request, you will see the phone number and PIN to access the Google Meet virtual meeting after you hit submit.

You will receive a confirmation with the phone number and PIN to join the Google Meet prior to the meeting.  Please contact the Board's Recording Secretary, Stacey Hozak, at  231-933-1725 if you do not receive a confirmation.
