OCV Fall Camporee - Conservation/Outdoor themed MBU  
This form allows scouts/parents/leaders to sign up for this event. It consists of three pages. The first page is just the basic information section. The second page only needs to be filled out if there is a driver involved. If you are signing up with a driver, please have your vehicle and auto information available before starting this form.  The third page is just for comments.

 $30 per scout and $15 per adult ($5 late fee added after September 19th) .  Registration deadline is September 26th.  No refunds after deadline.
Payment *
You may pay with Scoutbucks only if you have a positive balance enough to cover the cost.  The total will be deducted from your account. If you have a negative balance  or not enough to cover the cost in Scoutbucks, you will have to pay the negative balance plus  the cost of this event prior to the deadline date by check to confirm the registration.  If your funds are not received by the registration deadline date, you will be removed from the registration.  If you are paying by check, please make the check out to "Troop 2000" and also write the reason for the check in the memo section.  If there is not a meeting coming up, please arrange to drop off a check with one of the leaders
