Cancellations received less than 5 business days prior to class, and no-shows, will be invoiced the full training fee.

SYNERQUEST shall not be liable for damages of any kind resulting from errors or omissions in the training materials nor shall SYNERQUEST be liable for any damages resulting from the use of the training materials or other information conveyed at a SYNERQUEST course.

In case payment has been made, subject to the cancellation policy, all refunds shall be subjected to 12% Administrative Fee and if OR has been issued already; VAT shall be deducted to the cost to be refunded.
