Plano is a science-based parental control app that helps you manage your child’s eye health and ensures healthy device use (smartphones & tablets).
How?
Simply download the plano app and sign up between 4th May - 1st June. Your account will be made premium instantly for a year from the sign-up date.
If you’re already an existing free user, your account will be automatically upgraded to premium from 4th May.
Free plano Subscription FAQ
General
1. What can I expect with an annual subscription of plano premium?
With the annual subscription of plano premium, you can enjoy the added parental control features such as app blocking, device use and myopia reports, remote locking function, and many more. You may find a full list of our features here.
2. Is this a global promotion of plano premium?
At the moment, this promotion is only applicable to Singapore plano users.
3. How long is the validity of this promotion?
You will be given a one-year free subscription of the annual plano premium plan from 4th May 2020 to 4th May 2021.
4. After the one year has elapsed, will I be automatically resubscribed/billed for plano premium?
No, once the one year has elapsed, your account will be reverted back to the free version of the plano app and you will not be billed for plano premium.
5. May I share my annual plano premium account with my friend?
Accounts on plano are non-transferrable and each account is specific to the registered email address. However, your friend may subscribe to plano from 4 May 2020 to enjoy a free annual premium subscription of plano.

6. I’ve already downloaded plano since the beginning of 2020. Am I still entitled to this offer of a free annual plano premium subscription?
Thank you for using plano! Yes, as of 4 May 2020, all our existing plano users have been upgraded to an annual subscription of plano premium for 1 year until 4 May 2021.
7. I’m currently a monthly subscriber of plano premium. Am I entitled to this free annual subscription promotion?
Yes, you are! However, you will have to first unsubscribe from your monthly subscription plan. Thereafter, your account will automatically be upgraded to a free annual subscription from 4th May 2020 and will be valid for 1 year until 4 May 2021.
8. How do I unsubscribe from plano monthly premium?
To unsubscribe from the plano monthly premium subscription, simply head to your App Store/Play Store account, find ‘subscriptions’, click on the plano app, and then choose “unsubscribe”. You will be able to unsubscribe from there.
9. I’ve already subscribed to the annual plan of plano premium. Can I still enjoy this promotion?
Thank you for subscribing to the annual plan of plano premium! For all existing annual plano premium users, we will add an additional year to your plan from 4th May 2020. Therefore, for instance, if you subscribed on 30 November 2019, instead of your subscription ending on 30 November 2020, it will now end on 4 May 2021.
10. I’m currently an annual plano premium subscriber and would like to enjoy this promotion. May I get a refund for my current purchase of plano premium?
Unfortunately, we are unable to administer any refunds. However, for all existing annual plano premium users, we will add an additional year to your plan from 4th May 2020. For instance, if you subscribed on 30 November 2019, instead of your subscription ending on 30 November 2020, it will now end on 4 May 2021.
11. I just subscribed in late April 2020 and paid for it. Though I understand that all annual premium accounts will be automatically given 1 year free from 4 May 2020, my account will not benefit from this as I would be unable to receive a refund. Who can I speak to about this?
