St John the Evangelist Earth Day 2021 Neighborhood Cleanup

Our parish cleanup will be held on Saturday, April 24. Let's meet in the school parking lot near the North school entrance at 9am. We will leave shortly after 9 and walk up to 85th street.

We will be picking up trash in the rectangle bounded on the East by Greenwood Ave N and the West by 3rd Ave NW and N/NW 85th Street on the South and N/NW 86th Street on the North. This area includes Fred Meyer, Bartell Drugs, and a bunch of smaller businesses, parking lots, parking strips, etc. This area could benefit from some trash pickup.

Please wear a mask and gloves and maintain social distancing recommendations. All are welcome including children (but you will need to supervise them). Feel free to bring friends and family. The clean up will go from about 9am to 11am but you can quit early (or stay later).
