Save Beckfield Lane Waste Depot
We the undersigned petition the council to abandon its plan to close the Beckfield Lane Household Waste Recycling Centre and failing that to provide a facility at least as good, for the people of the west of York, in the west of York.
The current Labour plan is disastrous. It will cause cost and inconvenience to the people of the West of York. Over load an already well used site at James Street. It will increase traffic congestion and probably lead to increases in incidents of fly tipping. We need as many signatures as we can get to force the ruling Labour group to think again.
