This is a small group led by Katelyn Song and devon de Leña. This healing group comes from the lineage of Generative Somatics. Somatics is a body-based healing methodology centered in building more agency, connection and resilience to move people towards personal and collective transformation. We have a commitment to bringing healing to POC, young folks, queer-identified folks and people working in social and environmental movements. We believe deeply in all people having access to healing.
This group will:
- Develop an understanding of how trauma and oppression shape us, and how we can heal and transform
- Cultivate body-centered practices for deepening into mutual connection, deep emotions, resilience and sustainable transformation
- Bear witness to a group of peers in their own healing and transformation
We have a sliding scale of $200-$500 ($20/$50 per session) for the 10 week course. We have a commitment to making the group accessible so please contact us to set up a payment plan.
