Notes about the waitlist process:

1. I’ve asked all raid councils for their blessing with this process. No one in Rally will be upset or hold a raid team change against anyone. We are all one team and want to see everyone succeed where they set their sights.

2. Your entry on a waitlist does not guarantee you a spot in that team when there’s an opening. You may be passed over due to current logs, availability, or raid comp.

3. You MUST review the trial information for the desired raid team and agree to commit to those guidelines prior to being listed.

Why do we do this?

We feel crappy recruiting to fill raid spots from outside the guild if we have players within our own ranks that can fill these openings. We would much rather see our players flourish than take a chance on random players if that’s possible.

Why you should not request to change teams often:

Rally has an amazing community and with that, an incredible Raid presence. These teams are not a tiered system- they are all different with different goals and different setups. No raid team is to be used as a stepping stone to be dropped for something perceived as “better” at an instant. We treat each other here like the good people we are and we expect commitments to teams to not be taken lightly. A genuine change in goals or scheduling are good examples of reasons to change raid teams. This wait list is public and can be found using the !roster command.
