This event is presented by the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion committee of the FAVE PTO, in partnership with Principal Newton, One Small Change, and Out of Hand Theater.

This first-ever FAVE-specific dinner is modeled after the recent Decatur Dinners. Our dinner will focus on race and equity in our school system. The evening will start with 2 short plays that will highlight some of these issues and provide a starting point for the conversations. The conversations will take place in smaller groups of 8 - 10 people at the dinner table; each table will have a host and facilitator.

There is limited space for this dinner. An RSVP is required to attend. The DEI committee will send confirmations to those who have a guaranteed spot. This might take a week or so before you receive a response since this is a volunteer-run effort.

The dinner is a potluck. All participants with a reserved spot will be asked to bring something to share. More details to follow in the confirmation email or text.
