This registration form confirms your commitment to make a 1) full quilt, or 2) quilt top, or 3) finish (sandwich, quilt, bind) a quilt provided to you. Quilts/tops measure approximately 50x70 inches.

The quilts do not have to be fancy or intricate -- just made with love and respect for veterans.

Quilts do not have to be fancy. They can be simple -- just made with love. The only real requirements are 1) that the top be made with patriotic colors (red, white and blue) or fabrics. The back can be any coordinated fabric. 2) You label your quilt or send a label with your top to the quilter. We want all names involved on the label.
