Pursuant to the implementation of Memorandum Circular No. 95, s. 2022, all covered agencies are directed to prioritize PhilSys integration to enable the use of the PhilSys Application Programming Interface (API)-enabled services and the different authentication methods. To this end, the PIIP form can be downloaded after registration.
