Please provide your name and student information below and select a date/time to sign-up for a school tour.  Please limit those attending to the prospective student(s) and two parent/guardians.  Each personal tour will last about 30 min. and be guided by one of our staff members.  We are limiting the size of each tour to one family at a time due to the pandemic.  Please enter through the front door of Perry and meet your tour guide in our lobby upon arrival.  If you have any questions, please contact our office at (810) 591-6078.  Thank you!
