Pure Hearts of Georgia is happy to start a walking club.
Let us meet every Sunday from 10am-11am Newtown Park walking trial
Starting from April 10th 2022
All ages, all abilities welcome
Please come dressed in comfortable clothes and shoes.

Waiver: (Please read the waivers carefully) In consideration of being allowed to participate in any way in Pure Hearts of Georgia related events and activities, the participants/volunteers (please select all): *

1. Acknowledge and fully understand that each member/participant will be engaging in activities that involve risk of serious injury, including permanent disability, paralysis and death, and severe social and economic losses which might result not only from their own actions, inactions, or negligence but the action, inaction negligence or others, or the condition of the premises or any equipment used. Further, that there may be other risks not known or not reasonably foreseeable at this time.

2. Assume all the foregoing risks and accept personal responsibility for the damages following such injury, permanent disability, paralysis or death.

3. Indemnify the Pure Hearts of Georgia its affiliated organizations, their respective administrators, officers, directors, agents, and other employees of the organization, volunteers, other members/participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertisers, and if applicable, owners and lessors or premises used to conduct the event, all of which are hereinafter referred as to “releases”, from any and all liability to each of the undersigned, his or her heirs and next of kin for any and all claims, demands, losses or damages on account of injury, paralysis, including death and damage of property, caused or alleged to be caused in whole or in part by the negligence of the releases or otherwise

4. Media waiver: Grant Pure Hearts of Georgia the right to reproduce, publish and/or display photographs and/or video recordings (collectively, "Image") of the Participant and of the accompanying member collected during any Pure Hearts of Georgia events and activities for publicity, educational, promotional, or other lawful purposes. Further, waive and release from any and all claims Pure Hearts or Georgia for any matter with respect to the use of the Participant’s and of the accompanying member’s Image collected at the Pure Hearts of Georgia events and activities.

5. I have read and understood all the waivers. By participating in Pure Hearts of Georgia events and activities, I hereby Acknowledge and accept all of waivers detailed above.

COVID-19 SAFETY INFORMATION: While participating in events held or sponsored by Pure Hearts of Georgia (PHoG), consistent with CDC guidelines, participants are encouraged to practice hand hygiene, “social distancing” and wear face coverings to reduce the risks of exposure to COVID-19. PHoG cannot guarantee that its participants, volunteers, partners, or others in attendance will not become infected with COVID-19.
