PCCH 2020: Habi Registration Form
The UP College of Medicine Regionalization Students’ Organization (RSO) presents the 7th Philippine Conference on Community Health with the theme:
"Habi: Pagbubuklod ng mga Salik ng Lipunan Bilang Tugon sa Kalusugang Pangkomunidad."

The two-day conference seeks to explore and analyze the various systems, institutions, and the interactions that play a part in the empowerment of communities, and how we, as a joint force, can play a role in covering the gaps in our country’s health status.

The Conference will be held this March 7-8, 2020 at the University of the Philippines - Manila.

To pre-register, please fill out the following form. Upon completion of pre-registration, participants may proceed to pay the following Registration Fee - Professional:
