Adds more functions to outposts

Donations
Outposts are given base facility functions and other functions.
Please refer to the screenshots on the available custom/added functions.
Costs are not fixed. Nightmare and Lethal Zones have different cost modifiers.
In the screenshots provided are the costs in Lethal Zone.

If you are unable to upgrade the Nursery and Safehouse Outposts.
Or if your game crashes when entering the any of the new Outposts.
You need to Integrate the mod using KaiHeilos' State of Decay 2 Mod Manager


Screenshots of new/modified functions are often added. Check regularly!

I will no longer update the No Labor version. And I have removed it.
If Labor is a problem. Get a Survivor with Scrum Certificate or traits that add additional labor.
That or use Cell Towers for additional labor at the cost of food.
